Staff can’t do enough for you! The staff are what makes the stay so good! Rooms are clean and I had an accessible room which was great! Parking outside the room a shower chair an I would like some of the soap/shower gel as it smells gorgeous! Clean fresh towels daily and a marvellous buffet breakfast!

We have stayed at the Ibis, Plymouth on several occasions as the location is ideal for us as we have family close by. Our rooms have always been meticulously clean and fresh with the added bonus of a lovely walk in shower. The staff there are friendly and welcoming and we enjoy eating in the restaurant which has a nice modern feel.
