the room key socket does not work, it was broken and but not fixed during the day. I requested to change to another room but was told it's fully booked. After 40 minutes trying to fix it until 00:30 AM in the middle night, the receptionist gave another room finally. Then why I waited for such long time at midnight?? Why lie to me?? Really bad service and behavior!!

Very clean and relatively new property. Comfortable room albeit very small. Bed to close to the bathroom so awkward for night-time visits! Room doors bang shut loudly and so disruptive.
