The Common area carpets are just too old looking and does not give you a hygiene feeling. Room and Baths are generally small space. Working Desk and chair space is very cramped. Housekeeping service is good, and Breakfast was good too.

The Ibis Hotel provided everything I needed for my week long stay in Perth CBD. It’s an efficient place with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast leaves something to be desired but overall, I had a good stay!

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Perth CBD then I would highly recommend the Ibis Perth. We were in Perth for a competition at the Convention Centre which was only a 10-minute walk away. We took the train from the airport as the train station is only a few minutes walk from the hotel as well.

The room was dirty and customer service bad

I ordered room service at 8pm only to find an hour later that the order wasnt processed so no food delivery. I was staying over night after a very long flight so I was exstremly disappointed to have to get up dress and go out for food. Also the bathroom was very dirty with pubic hairs in shower and over floor

Good location, friendly staff, good food ..... BUT ..... room 102 is EXTREMELY noisy since it is located next to the AC external unit. Working as QHSE, I had a measuring device for noise measurements, and the readings were above 72 dB. I've informed the front desk, and they said that they know and the Management is aware of the situation. More than this, the room walls were dirty, and the shower cabin was as well.
