Regular visitor to Mercure and are always enjoy our service in both booking in and food/bar service.

The cantilever umbrellas have been recently installed some will hopefully create a little more shade in the area. We are in discussions with a local supplier to try and rectify the door jams, so hopefully in a few months, these will be repaired. The hotel met my needs for a one night stay in Townsville. It's a bit out of the way for the centre, Strand etc but reasonably central for driving to different parts of the city.
