Det var lite rörigt i incheckningen. exempelvis så fanns inte uppgifterna om att frukost ingick i mitt pris med. Utan de ville ha betalt en extra gång för detta. Badrummet var inte helt rent på väggar kring spegeln.

Trevlig reception, frukost lite plastig och serveringen lite slarvig. Bodde grannar med personer som bankade på min dörr två nätter i rad vid 3 på natten.

I'm sorry to learn our breakfast restaurant and buffet didn't meet up to your expectations. We try to put together an all you can eat buffet which offers a wide variety of hot and cold items, including typical Dutch breads and spreads. We will look into our buffet and see if we can make any improvements. I ma so sorry that you had loud neighbors. As I can understand you report this to us at our front desk so we could warn them? It is not nice if other people wake you up. For next time it is also possible to change rooms. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The pour ventilation is correct. Due to our outside temperature our air cooler is not warming or make it cold in the room when the temperatures are over 14 and under 18 degrees. I am really sorry for the trouble this gave you. Hej! Fräscha lokaler, dåligt städat på rummen. Fick inga rena handdukar och de bäddade inte nya lakan. Massor av smuts kring väggar och på golv. Annars i överlag var det bra.

Det var helt bra. Bra läge centralt intill järnvägsstationen. Tågtrafiken hördes men det var inget som störde oss vi sov gott om natten.

Ett centralt hotell, men man störs en del av järnvägstrafiken som är under hotellet. Frukosten inte så speciell. Rent och städat, samt trevlig personal i receptionen med bra servicekänsla.

Due to our great central location, next to the central station and right in the centre of Amsterdam, it can be sometimes noisy outside. Our rooms are provided with a soundproofing window system to keep the noise outside. In case you should stay with us again, then it is always possible to request a room on the front side of the hotel or on a higher floor. personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, rummet var rent och städades väl. Det som är lite negativt är den dyra frukosten och att priset på hemsidan visades utan VAT, som betyder att rummet var inte alls lika billigt som annonserad. utöver det kändes nästan 20Euro för frukost mycket dyr.
