Wifi was poor and could hold video calls breakfast options were limited

Great service (nothing was too much trouble ) at Sofitel Rome with comfy rooms and good food. Stunning view of Rome from roof restaurant . Well located near Villa Borghese and easy walk to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain . Good restaurants nearby . We will be back !

...only issue was hot water problems during two days in the evening which was a pity.

A repeated stay at this hotel was again a pleasant experience. The staff is outstanding, and the hotel makes you feel like you are the only one staying there. It is peaceful and serene. The room was beautifully renovated and very, very comfortable.
