We have stayed at this hotel on over 100 occasions and it’s always a really nice experience. We stayed Sunday night and looked forward to the breakfast on Bank Holiday Monday morning, what a disappointment it was, no sausages, no bacon, had to wait ages for the poached eggs, hardly any cereal, coffee machine not working at all, staff were all over the place, there was literally no customer support, really disappointed by the restaurant Staff ,they lacked the customer relationship skills. The only friendly Staff member during our stay was the lady who checked us in. Hopefully things may change as we are most likely checking in this weekend but if things don’t change we may just find an alternative hotel. A quick note to the Staff at least smile and welcome people when they check in and out.

I stayed overnight whilst away on business. I was able to park with ease on arrival. The hotel was clean and tidy both externally and internally and there was a friendly welcome at reception. My allocated room was clean and decorated to a good standard. I had evening meal of Goat Curry in the restaurant which was excellent. I didn't notice any real road noise and my room was close to the main road. I slept well and had an easy check-out the following morning.
