We had a small, courtesy block at a good rate. No issues, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Starting with the sales department to catering (thanks Duy!!) to valet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!

Nice room. Get your own water is too much. Parking cost way out of hand. I understand parking is costly but $66. + tip soured me on the whole experience.

Valet plugged my car in which was exceptional but the cost was astronomical. Asked for a fridge twice for protein shakes was frustrating. Jackhammering in the alley at 7:30am was not enjoyable. Dine-in Breakfast was cold and missing fruit, delivered later. Food at the bar was good
