Travelling with two small kids but also wanting some form of luxury/comfort can sometimes be very hard to find in big cities. I'll be honest, we weren't sure what to expect from Les Halles. We've visited Paris many times before but had never stayed in this area. It was perfect for us. The location is really good - you can walk to so many things and the immediate area outside the hotel is pedestrianised and has a very nice Parisian cafe/restaurant vibe. There is also a station a matter of ten steps from the hotel entrance. We had a room with a double bed and double sofa bed - fine for us. 2 adults and 2 small kids. It was one of the quietest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in and I'm sure if i hadn't been sharing with a 3 year old and a 5 year old I would have had an incredible night sleep :) Breakfast was a really decent buffet - self service (including coffee) There is an omelette station. We ate in the restaurant after an exhausting day of sightseeing. It was ok. The staff were good. The food was ok. Quite expensive. There is a kids playroom - but sadly there were no toys and a handful of books. Staff were all very helpful and friendly We would defo stay again.

We stayed as a group of 10 aged 4-68. We had a fantastic stay-the location is fantastic and the staff can’t do enough for you-so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was excellent quality. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Great location but a bit difficult to access

It’s a nice usual style Novotel property but does not have drive up access. It’s in a very congested commercial area and access by car is a bit out. But as soon as you get into the hotel it’s the usual welcoming lobby and staff as you would expect. Our room was on the top floor which had a very very low sloping roof due to which access to one side of the double bed was impossible. Small room but cosy with mist amenities you would need. But the bathroom was a completely glass see thru affair - very difficult to shower if you are travelling with the family and not a couple!!! Complimentary drinking water only on arrival.
