I stayed at this Ibis Hotel recently when my husband was in hospital in Annecy after a serious skiing accident. The staff were so kind in helping me sort out a room almost on a daily basis as I didn't know when my husband would be released to return to the U.. They were so friendly, which made a big difference during a very stressful time. If ever I return to Annecy this will be the hotel I stay at.

Good location, good value for money, clean and courteous receptionist. Check in was 5 pm but arrived at 1pm and room was ready.

Great location central to everything. Love the buffet breakfast. Rooms are clean and functional. Not very big but ok. Nice view too.
