I came to the spa and was greeted by phoebe and Lucy who had very comforting smiles. I had a lovely facial by Leanne, you can tell she is extremely experienced and gentle! I would recommend her to everyone! I will definitely be returning with the family!

Just what I needed. Easy checking, plenty of services, 24 HR reception and bar and the room was spacious and clean thanks to Moryna. Will have to bring my family next time I am in Sheffield.

I came to the spa for a facial and had the lovely Chloe. The most relaxing experience and probably be the best facial I've ever had. What a Lovely polite and funny lady and she made me feel very relaxed. Also gorgeous facilities too and so clean !!! Thanks so much again Chloe and I'll definitely be back :)

I stayed for four nights and had evening meal only twice . First time I had the double burger which was not home made . Second meal Crispy pork belly-undercooked and rubbery. Soup of the day was the same each day !!! Tomato. I did not have the confidence to dine at the hotel for the remainder of my stay. In fairness to hotel management they addressed and took on board the feedback at the time. I was ensured these issues were to be progressed . All staff were very pleasant and did there best to assist , but were let down by the quality of the food served.

Thank you for taking the time in sharing your experiences and I am sorry that you left disappointed. I am also aware that you have written in and our Operations Manager, Marsela is currently investigating for you and will respond. It is a real shame that you have chosen to post on prior to giving us the opportunity to respond to your email directly. Nevertheless, I will also be speaking with our Head Chef because your experiences are not ones that we wish to give and this needs improving for sure. We are in the process of launching a new breakfast this week, followed by new menus throughout for lunch and dinner. Hopefully you will be able to return again soon and be able sample one of these.
