Nice hotel in a very central location of Palermo. Walking distance to all the major sights in historic Palermo and to the very nice yacht harbour. The check-in procedure were very good, fast and polite. The beds were very good and gave a good sleep. Very large and soft towels and a good shower. The aircondition could need a bit of an users instruction. Positive with windows that can be opened. I would have liked a safety lock on the door, it is locked but still feels a bit un-locked. The breakfast room in the basement were not the most inviting , though the breakfast was adequate with most of what you need to start the day. All in all, it was a good experience.

An okay stay for the weekend. Location was great as it was very close to lots of the greet places to visit. However be prepared for a lot of noise through the night due to being on the main road. Staff were friendly enough and breakfast was also nice. The hotel didn’t have an iron or ironing board though which was disappointing for a 4 star.

Good price and value for money in a central location in the city. We were only there for one night so first impressions is all I can give. Reception: excellent - a warm welcome in a pleasant hotel lobby. Room: Good size - took a few minutes to locate the air conditioning controller to get the room cooler. Take coat hangers; there were only 5 in the wardrobe. Breakfast: Excellent - wide range of food and drink to choose from.

We been not guests but we just asked spontanious the reception if it is possible to check the weight of our luggage cause in our B&B it wasn’t possibile. Alessia was super friendly and helped us directly! We just can recommend her great service and next time we stay with Ibis.

The hotel is in central Palermo, within strolling distance of many historic and beautiful sites. It is not the most modern of hotels and could use a little TLC, but we went to see Palermo, not the hotel, and this was remarkably pleasant as a base to explore from. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the view from our 4th floor room was of a vibrant and beautiful city. The staff were always available, friendly, respectful, and helpful. The buffet style breakfast was impeccable. I'm vegetarian, my wife is vegan and our 7yr daughter will try anything. All of us had plenty of choice and thoroughly enjoyed the fresh local produce.
