We went there for a family retreat and had a great experience there. The rooms were spacious, the kids love the kid’s bed and the little tent! The kids also enjoyed the pool very much. The staff were very helpful; the duty manager, Ms Grace, especially went great lengths to help with our various requests for our kids. Fully recommend!

The best people,food, and accommodation we absolutely .Loved it. We had an amazing time. Reception staff courteous and kind. The incredible Tina from Reception was so helpful and sincerely friendly. Breakfast is included and the spread is so delicious with so many options available. Thank you for our well deserved holiday. Pool clean and property clean and we'll maintained.

Our family of 5 have just returned from 10 nights at the Novotel Phuket Avista Resport and Spa and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel is lovely, with good rooms, good food and a lovely pool. But what makes this hotel amazing is the staff. They are truly exceptional! Reception: When we arrived at the hotel, I have to admit that we had a few issues. However, how the staff dealt with it was amazing. Grace and Shopper on reception, turned what was initially a problem into a solution, and into a fantastic holiday! For the rest of our holiday too, they both were on hand to help with any queries we had and provide valuable information. They certainly went above and beyond, and we cannot thank them both enough. Restaurant: Then there were the staff in the restaurant, they were ALL super helpful and very polite. Add and Apple in the restaurant were particularly amazing, going above and beyond to help our family when one of our son's fell ill. Again we cannot thank them enough. They would also remember little details and preferences of our family, offering amazing service (when we know the hotel was fully booked). Dietary Requirements: I also have dietary requirements, and usually just have to make do. But not at this hotel...on the first day of our holiday, the chef became aware of this and came out to speak to me about my allergies. Such a lovely lovely touch. From then on I was catered for with options! The staff all knew about this, and made lots of personal touches, like making sure I was provided with gluten free toast for breakfast each day (with out even asking for it). I cannot thank the chef and staff at the hotel for this enough. The Pool: The pool is lovely and has a lovely summer feel about it. At the pool, the staff again were exceptional. Always going above and beyond, remembering the kids preferences and being really kind. Tim and Lai were particularly just brilliant. Again, thank you! The under water scooters were also a massive hit with the kids. We loved them. The Spa: I only used it once during out stay, but it really was wonderful. You really will enjoy a stay at this hotel, the staff are exceptional and go out of their way, so all you need to do is enjoy your holiday!

Having spent 10 days in the Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort for our 39th anniversary. We were just blown away by the friendly staff and the meals.Kier,Mariztel,Abhi,Din,Pop,Namforn,Rung, and all the other staff were just fantastic. Nothing was any trouble.We loved our stay and will be back again.The floating breakfast was awesome. The surprise cake and champagne for our anniversary ,organised by Kier before we left Australia was a great surprise to the wife.All the staff were just fantastic,to organising the shuttle van to island day trips.Thw pool ans swim up bar were great along with the happy hour.To all the staff a BIG thank you from The Kings.xx

Уютный, современный отель Из плюсов: вежливый персонал, быстро решают возникшие проблемы Своевременная, хорошая уборка Отличный бассеин как для взрослых так и для детей Небольшая но очень зеленая уютная территория Удобная кровать Шикарный вид из номера Минусы: Пляж близко, но очень крутая гора к отелю, достаточно тяжело подниматься особенно с коляской. Каждый час есть автобус до пляжа и обратно, но почему то перерыв с 11 до 13, а как правило в 12 надо уходить с пляжа, из за сильной жары, а автобуса в это время нет 😌 Нельзя у пляжа есть свою еду, т к мы приходили с фруктами, а работники просили чтобы мы ели свою еду за пределами отеля 😳, у бассейна только еда и напитки из их ресторана, кстати пицца Маргарита очень там вкусная 👍
