Executive lounge staff is great, very approachable and dedicated to the customer. Excellent service, special Thanks to Angelina, always smiling despite problems to sort out, try to find solutions, in the morning, she is the sunshine even in hazy weather 😉

Concierge Daniel thankyou in helping me solve my issue. All staff in general very warm and kind always a smile for you. Food and rooms impecable. Location is excellent next to a mall with nice shops and restaurants, and a cinema. Pool and gym as well top of the line.

So I’m not going to post a normal review of this hotel because I agree with everything all the other guests have posted with regards to the hotel’s location, facilities, convenience, etc. But my experience with SWISSÔTEL PIK was outstanding in such a special way it warrants a review by itself. I was traveling with a colleague from China and we were having customer visits in Jakarta, when one morning during the buffet breakfast, the staff brought out a slice of birthday cake and sang her a birthday song! It was her birthday that day and the hotel staff must have made a note of it during her check in! She was overwhelmed by the experience - to say the least! Being an Accor Gold member, I was proud to have recommended this hotel to her when we were picking our place to stay in Jakarta but at the same time I was slightly embarrassed as I didn’t know it was her birthday! She told me the hotel also left another cake in her room that night so she has gained some weight during the trip! A heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff that day for making this otherwise mundane business trip an unforgettable one for my colleague and I. I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels - from budget to luxurious but I’ve never experienced this level of personalisation before. Superb.
