I travelled with a group of friends. There were 4 couples. We had an amazing time at Peppers Beach Club. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to the town and beach. Dave helped us with booking our tours and was very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was very relaxing. We all left feeling very refreshed. I would highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at Peppers, although we were only there 3 nights and out on excursions all day the room we had originally was a bit small, so we upgraded to a Penthouse and it was amazing with a full size kitchen, lounge, Bathroom and extra bedroom, with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

You won’t be disappointed

Staff wonderful, Jenna was amazing upon checking in and providing all the info we needed. Pool and restaurant were amazing, room spacious and very comfy! Love the longer pillows for our king bed. Air conditioning was great especially being pregnant and not used to the humidity.

Underwhelming experience - this hotel does not deserve 5 stars!

Our stay at Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas was underwhelming. The positive point was: - Proximity to beach Apart from that, there were several times where we felt that our money was not well spent. Upon arrival, we were not greeted by the car but had to walk up to the reception and ask them to help us with the luggage. Moreover, we had to park our car ourselves in their garage which could use a renovation, especially the exit as the ramp is very steep. Other points are: - Fitness center is not a fitness center, it is a small room in the basement with sparse outdated equipment and without dumbbells. - Breakfast was not as stated a buffet, but a menu of 10 (rather unhealthy, mostly egg dishes and small portions) choices from which we could select one - having paid for included breakfast. - this was 30$ pp… - Room service missed one day of cleaning and once they changed the sheets we found stains of them. - entire property seemed rather outdated, especially the rooms. - Wifi in our room was quite slow. Some service personnel where quite friendly but we definitely expected more from this hotel.

Good rest was had by all.

Nice hotel…..pools could do with a bit of TLC. This was before the flooding up there. Room was ok and it had a good view of the garden that was kept nice. Food was ok and they could have more places inside the main entrance..like there should be more little shops.
