Our apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the same applies to the complex as a whole. Location absolutely perfect to leave your car in the garage and walk everywhere. Definite recommendation for families and the flagged area beach is not as busy as a little further down. .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Large, clean appartment with lots of facilities. Extremely close proximity to the beach and all the local restaurants and attractions. Will definitely stay again when on the Gold Coast. Thanks!!!!!!

enjoyable stay. The place was well located and handy to all amenities especially with the tram station just behind it. The place was clean and the beautiful beach is just across the road. The hotel is on Esplanade Parred, which is great for walking along the beach.

Everything is dirty- from the lift to the room. The curtains and blinds has stains and dusty. Lift has foul smell as well as the lounge couch. It’s not worth the money. And you need to put your bottles and cans in the basement recycle bin. Reception staff are not so welcoming. Overall not happy and wont recommend this to everyone.

I am so sorry to hear of your recent experience of the apartment and of the staff. it is unfortunate that our refuse room is not split for rubbish and recycling like other new hotels. I do hope that you let reception know of your concerns of the cleaning, so they could have this fixed for you. We do hope to welcome you back again soon. Kind Regards

1out of 3 lifts worked, the spa worked when it felt like it,black mould in the pool ceiling, no face washers provided, 1 day of coffee/tea provided,(we stayed 7 nights) horrible queen size mattress, maintenance/noise works booked for exactly our stay,on the same floor, with no prior warning, most of the staff rude/unfriendly, dryer stops when it feels like it, WiFi's terrible...the list goes on... wouldn't recommend AT ALL, and staff didn't seem too fussed when questioned about all if this. Highly recommended to avoid this one , no matter how cheap it is.

As we are not a hotel yes we do set you up with a welcome pack, but if needed we can provide extra items. We do hold some at reception. We were not aware either until on the day when an owner started the works, but we are not able to stop the works as long as the bide by the BC rules. If this affected your stay and you let reception know we would have moved you to a more suitable apartment. We do hope to welcome you back again. Kind Regards Nicki Blackley
