Without a doubt the best hotel experience I’ve ever had - the room, pool, gym and bar/restaurant were all world class but most of all the staff, from reception to dining to luggage were all immaculate and made our stay perfect. Thanks to Ruff.

Amazing service, luxury rooms. Delicous breakfast. Vertigo bar is a must visit - i was served by Raesyel and Faizal. Brilliant service. The views of the KL skyline are amazing from the bar - but book ahead as can get busy - especially if raining !

We are all impressed by Banyan Tree Hotel.

The staffs are all really kind and helpful in our 3 stays in KL. The view of room is great, full of nice aroma. There is a special channel which connects the hotel and the Pavillion Mall. The breakfast is really great, and the view of the restaurant at night also extraordinary. Next time to KL, we will definitely choose Banyan Tree Hotel again.

Amazing service as always. From the front desk to the spa (with therapist Vivi) and the Guest Experience (Stefanie). The hotel surprised us with decorations and thoughtful gifts. Truly our fav hotel in KL. Love that we have the option of having in-room dining for breakfast too.
