The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Honestly above and beyond. Jocelin was amazing! The pool is nice the room comfortable and clean. We walked to the castle and had dinner in town. Recommend this hotel.

The breakfast selection includes scrambled egg. I ate some of this- it was cold and tasted unpleasant. Approximately 12 hours later I started to develop true salmonella and was ill for 8 days as a result. I now understand hens in France are not vaccinated against salmonella ( unlike the UK) and as a result any egg that has been left to go cold has a risk of carrying salmonella. The hotel have not replied to my complaint and request to amend their practice of leaving egg out. Travellers please be extremely wary of any egg dish in France

L'hôtel, soit moi même, vous ai répondu à vous, en personne, et à l'agence avec laquelle nous travaillons régulièrement et depuis des années par laquelle vous avez réservé, sans délais et directement dès réception de votre mail. Après investigation et comme évoqué, notre établissement n'a recensé aucun cas de salmonelle et nous sommes très stricts en matière d'hygiène et de réglementation au quotidien. Si le cas avait été avéré, vous n'auriez d'une part pas été la seule impactée au vu du nombre de personnes présent au sein de mon établissement et ayant mangé les mêmes produits que vous et d'autre part, vous tirez des conclusions hâtives en ne remettant pas en question là ou vous avez mangé la veille (midi ou soir); certainement plus simple d'impacter le dernier lieu que vous avez fréquenté sans preuve après avoir lu sur internet comment cela se passe en France sans connaître le sujet. En tous les cas, je vous informe et vous confirme que cela ne vient pas de chez nous. En terme d'hygiène et de réglementation, l'erreur n'est pas permise. My wife and I spent one night at Novotel Blois Centre on the way to our holiday destination. With Novotel hotels, there are generally few surprises. You know what you are going to get. Novotel Blois Centre is no exception to this. However, it is not up to other Novotel hotels I have stayed at. The external aspect of the building is unwelcoming. Walls and window paints clearly need a refresher. Rooms have only been partially modernized. Doors and wall paints look tired. Despite a friendly and efficient front desk and a very good breakfast - one of Accor Hotels' staple - Novotel Blois Centre is not worth the money. We paid 232 € for one night (2 persons with breakfast included), including 12 € for the outdoor car park, which is close to a rip-off. We should have looked at a better cost - benefit relation in Blois.

What a great place to stay in Blois. The hotel was spotless, the rooms so comfortable and the location was perfect. The staff were all so friendly, especially Guillame who couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Not as good as w're used at a Novotel. First: on our arriving the Tesla charger didn't work. Clearly this was not the first time and apart from a reset by a friendly employee no further importance or urgency was given. So me and my family had to make an extra stopover on an already long journey. Second the bill was wrong and too high. Luckily I checked this one out. There was an erroneous bar bill from someone else on one of our three rooms. Thridly I never got a reaction on my clompaint. So overall a bad experience concerning Novotel Blois. A discredit to your chain. I'm used to it differently.
