After a very hectic golfing and foodie holiday in late March/early April around Ho Chi Minh and Hoi An, we wound down with 4 wonderful days at Banyan Tree. We’d planned for 100% R&R and that’s what we got. We’d previously experienced Banyan Tree’s fine dining restaurant in their Bali property some years ago which was ‘impressive. On the strength of that, we found ourselves north of Da Nang in paradise, because that’s what this property delivers. The exemplary nature of 100% of ALL staff makes this such an exceptional experience. Hard to single out favourite times because from a private villa experience, the high quality of one’s villa manager during your stay, the quality of food, the beach and pool, the bicycles rides to and from facilities, the dial up a golf cart ‘need to be at the spa….’ and so on and on. What could go wrong. Nothing! It was all perfect and our heartfelt thanks to management and staff for providing such a heavenly experience. For those wanting to read technical like specifics; the bed/mattress/pillows were the best ever, amenities in the room first class and plentiful re-stocked daily, quiet at night, WiFi, a different gift every day in the room, privacy and plunge pool perfect and as others have commented, 100% of all staff whether gardeners, admin, hospitality greet you every time you pass, spa staff exceptional on both occasions. Cannot wait to go back, it’s definitely going to happen in the not-too-distant future. Well done all, we really appreciate everything you did to make our stay a 10/10 experience.

“We spent nine wonderful days at the BanyanTree Lang Co at the beginning of April. Particularly remarkable were both: the villa and our two villa hosts. We had a One Bedroom Pool Villa with a wonderful view of the sea. The villas are beautifully decorated and generously laid out, both indoors and outdoors. The villas are somewhat removed from the lobby and restaurants, but the shuttle service works flawlessly at any time of the day. We really like the concept of the villa hosts, who are personally available to guests. Because of our long stay, we were looked after by two villa hosts, Tugyen and Bich. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and check-in took place in the villa so that we felt at home from the first minute. Tugyen and Bich could be reached at any time via WhatsApp, where we could address all our wishes. They also visited us briefly at breakfast, inquired about our well-being, and offered help with planning our day. The care was personal and never intrusive or unpleasant; they both found just the right measure for our needs. During our stay, on the initiative of the villa hosts, we enjoyed afternoon teas with Vietnamese delicacies, and after our daily excursion, we were greeted with a nice message and a fresh fruit plate. On our last evening, we were surprised with an after-dinner drink in the villa and a bubble bath. Dear Tugyen and dear Bich, you made our stay at BanyanTree Lang Co an unforgettable event, many thanks!”

Just finished 5 wonderful days at Banyon Tree. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Man and Bich. Enjoyed a free upgrade to a three bedroom pool villa on the cliff face. Great size pool and views over the ocean. The buggies made it easy to get around and enjoy restaurants and bars of the adjoining resort. Waited no more than five minutes for a buggy. If I had any criticism it would be that the range of food on offer and quality could be a bit better to really bring it to true five star quality.

We had a perfect time at Banyan Tree Lang Co. The staff were so friendly and helpful, taking care of us in every single aspect. The whole place feels like a neighbourhood. The facilities are perfect. The food was superb. They arranged for all possible birthday surprises one could ever think of. Will definitely come back.
