We had the best time at a Rixos Gocek From check in to leaving we could not fault it Staff excellent. Their training plan is seamless throughout the hotel Nothing ever too much and done with a smile Rooms were clean ,linen soft and great pillows Lovely outside space to sit Calm feeling everywhere Great food selection Premium drinks Great cocktails Love the service around the pool and Secret Beach Boat trip was such fun with swimming in a beautiful cove Thanks Rixos Great holiday

Third visit. Lots of changes for the better. The thing that doesn’t change are the staff. From reception to the maid and all the bars the staff are polite and extremely welcoming. Special mention to all the staff at the gym who were incredible and the staff at the beach bar. So pleasant and engaging.

From the moment you get off the coach to the time you go back through reception to get back on the coach home you feel like a million dollars . Check in flows really well, they explain everything about the place where everything is and how to get to it ,cases then put on an electric golf trolley and you are taken to room To be truthful have stayed in better rooms but they they are clean and spacious ,All the blocks have different types of rooms which they cater for all different amounts of people staying i.e. junior suites ,jacuzzi room, suites, and family rooms. The restaurants all do great food we ate ate three of the restaurants and all of them had a great choice of food and all cooked well and presented food if you have any dietary requirements you can have your food made separately just ask Did the boat trip which is a nice trip out and also went over on the boat over to the secret beach which is a nice touch when over there we ate at the Azur restaurant which had nice views of the bay and nice food All staff are fantastic the person who does recruitment here needs a medal from cleaners to head management. The quips that sort of miff me off are , there is a path that runs through the resort which all the workers at the marina go up and down all the time on mopeds I'm sure its the resorts path and shouldn't be used as a cut through, Will defiantly stay here again after the best 11 nights stay that we have ever had the entertainment at night were good and enjoyable the other thing is don't forget to take a phone so that you can read all the QR codes as they don't have anything on paper i.e. menus, maps, time that things open and close

As someone who uses Tripadvisor before booking anywhere but never leaving reviews I feel compelled to add some words in regard to this hotel. This place is truly amazing and oozes class from the moment you arrive to the time you depart. The staff are second to none throughout the hotel, it would be unfair to offer individual praise as everyone there was amazing, always smiling and constantly asking how your day was, is there anything you need and so on. The hotel grounds, the pool area and restaurants are immaculate. The secret beach adds to the uniqueness of this place and is a must visit! The views from the Azur restaurant whilst having lunch are unforgettable. The food throughout the hotel is another level to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The drinks on offer are all branded and the cocktails amazing. I could go on but there are not enough superlatives I could add that would do this place justice. Without doubt the best hotel we have stayed in. Thank you to everyone at the Rixos Göcek for making our stay so special. We will definitely be returning.

Отель расположен в прекрасном живописном месте. Отличный сервис: внимательные официанты, которые почтительно вежливо общаются, бассейны с чистой водой , качественные продукты питания. Насыщенная спортивная программа. Но есть одно НО: нас выселили в последний день отдыха. Произошла нелепая ситуация с турагентством Coral. Нам просто сказали, что агенство нас должно было уведомить об отмене бронирования на последний день. Нам об этом не сообщили.В номер другой нас не заселили. И нам пришлось в срочном порядке за свои деньги покупать билеты на самолет +трансфер оплачивать. Из сувениров ничего не успели купить. Нам Дали 1 час , чтобы мы покинули отель. Очень жаль , была второй раз в Rixos и так некрасиво нас выселили в первый раз . Уверена, что можно было разрешить ситуацию и предоставить на один день место в отеле в такой ситуации. Осадок остался. И теперь не знаю вернусь ли я снова в Rixos. Думаю , что нет. Просто взяли и украли один день отпуска. Впечатление под конец отдыха испортилось. Кто в этом случае должен нести риски ? Если честно , то удивлена, что в отеле с международным признанием и авторитетом могло такое произойти. Да просто по-человечески можно было войти в положение и предоставить Койко-место
