Declan was so accommodating, my every whim was catered for he was a boss man. Declan should definitely reap the rewards of his top star service for he is the top man of Novotel. The bar was immaculately kept and there was not a single used glass in sight.

A great hotel, reasonably priced, very warm welcome from reception. Lovely food and great service from Vlad and Thomas in the restaurant. Very handy shuttle bus to the airport. Would definitely stay here again and fully recommend this place.

Absolutely disgusting. Booked originally for 2 guests which then needed to be upgraded to 4 adults, phoned up and spoke to a man who sorted it all out and took the payment a week before the check in date. When we arrived he had booked our group into a family room that was designed for 2 adults and 2 children. They wouldn’t let us have the room, explaining it’s impossible for this room to be booked, even though it was their staff who booked the room for us. So as a group we’ve ended up paying additional costs to sort the room out even though it wasn’t us that messed up and it was actually one of their own staff members. If it wasn’t for the fact we had a flight early the next morning and weren’t 6 hours away from home, we definitely would not have stayed. Very disappointed in the staff and their excuses. Probably won’t be returning

My husband, myself and 3 children stayed in the hotel overnight. I don't usually write reviews but I felt the hotel was such that I couldn't not! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We had a tasty dinner that evening, the menu was extensive. Breakfast the following morning could not be faulted either, continental and full English both available. The staff at this hotel, were so helpful and friendly, I especially want to mention Vlad and Dimitri in the restaurant, who did all they could to make our evening an enjoyable one. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I did stay here with my family and we had amazing weekend with 5* service from the staff. All staff members provided outstanding service to make our holiday most enjoyable. After we parked our car in large car park with plenty of space, we arrived to reception, where we found receptionists very friendly and happy. Check-in process is very simple and quick. We found rooms well prepared and clean, bed comfortable, very comfy pillows. Comfy carpets make rooms nice and cozy. We had connecting rooms, which was super to keep our family all the time together. In one room heating wasn’t working but they provided heater and blankets, so there was no problem for us. Breakfast was tasty - buffet self-service, with plenty of choice of hot and cold food. Everyone will find something to enjoy. Dinner food was cooked perfectly and was very tasty and staff members handed all our requirements professionally. Shuttle bus to the airport is also very handy, running from very early every half an hour and take about 7 minutes to terminal. Well done Novotel Stansted. Thank you. Special thank to: - reception team: Jenny, Mia, Bernardo and Gita, for helping with everything, answering all our questions and dealing with us in professional manners. - Emil for bringing all requested extra stuff and keeping my family warm and happy. - kitchen team: Craig, Artur, Anumon, Manu, Adam and Rafael for cooking delicious food for breakfast and dinner and for keeping our belly full. - Restaurant team Jimmy, James, Eric, Bogdan, Dimitar and Robert for their amazing hospitality and all hard work to keep our holiday very special.
