Ivan is good personnel, my night is amazing, Very good view and bedroom is very clean AC is good temperature and bathroom is very nice very big For one night in urgence is good hotel to stay and I recommended this if you don’t have a choice in jbr.

All extraordinary: facilities ate good including the lobby, beach and pool. Totally clean… Rooms are spacious.. Excellent staff. Starting from the reception to the dining room. Waiters are totally helpful. Yusuf in the dining room did a great service. Food is so good. The location is perfect. Enjoyed everything and every moment.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights over Easter at Rixsos Premium Dubia JBR and we can say nothing but great things about our stay. Great hotel, brilliant location and fantastic staff. From the moment we checked in to the time we left all the staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping our room very clean. Our dining experience was simply unforgetable. Being a vegetarian and on a gluten free diet, due to health reasons, I could not partake in the delicious food served at the Turquoise Buffet Restaurant. Having said that, when I told the restaurant staff about my dietary requirements they went out of their way to make sure that I did not miss out, Our chef, Shrinath (Don), prepared special meals for us and came to our table every meal to make sure that we were happy with what he had prepared. Anirban and Tegas , head waiters, looked after us very well and made sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you Don, Anirban, Tegas, Mohit and Rashal for looking after us and making our stay really memorable. We would highly recommend a visit to this fantastic hotel.

Our first dinner at the hotel began very pleasantly at our magnificent table overlooking the pool, prepared by Mr. Mert and served by Mr. Yusuf. The variety of dishes was plentiful and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend making your reservation along with dinner.
