The hotel was in a great location but the room was so small and no where to sit to relax. We asked for a chair and no response. Also two very thin pillows on our twin beds. We did ask for 2 more which took over an hour to arrive. The room walls are paper thin so you can hear every conversation from next door, they so have a free water tea and coffee station, would not recommend

Perfectly located adjacent to the Altstadt (a five minute walk) on Langestrasse, a lovely shopping street, with an old brewery across the street. Rooms are tasteful and nice sized, and it's quiet and pleasant to return to for the night. Highly recommended.

I've stayed in hotels with fabric for doors and dirt floors, but this is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. It is obvious that they are not cleaning the rooms between guests. The bed had several long hairs in it. There was a used Band-Aid under the bed. The couch looked like they had filmed a porn movie on it. The walls were all scuffed up. There were nail clippings on the carpet. I gathered up the hair in a baggie and showed it to the manager on duty, Sandra Falkner. I showed her pictures of the Band-Aid and the stains on the couch. I had booked this hotel for three nights, but there was no way I was going to sleep there. She said she would refund me for the nights, but since I booked through American Express, she needed to hear from them first. So, when I got home I contacted Amex. They reached out multiple times to the hotel, at first being told to call back "when there was a manager." But after weeks of contacting the hotel and speaking with them, they were told the hotel was refusing to honor the promised refund. Honestly, I would sleep out on the street before ever setting foot in this Ibis or any other. One other tidbit for people considering staying there. The air conditioning cannot be set lower than 22 C. The staff told me it was a law in Germany, which is an out and out lie. Once I left this hotel I booked a room at the Best Western down the street. It was flawlessly clean, and the air conditioning actually worked.

Something like this must not happen, which is why we have discussed your case directly with our cleaning staff. Please note that due to the time of year, our air conditioning units have already been centrally switched to heating mode. This means that the units are only heating. Excellent location, close to old town and many shops and Restaurants! Sightseeing Bus, supermarket (grocery store), as well as a bakery, cafés and other shops are located right outside of the hotel. The indoor parking garage is also very convenient and easy to access.

Great location, next to supermarket and city center, underground parking, 24h front desk. The problem is the room are very small. In this and a previous trip I asked for late check-out but was not possible (usually late check out is always possible in Accor hotels (I have Gold status) but in this hotel never, probably very busy always.
