Very clean hotel with nice beach to swim and relax, nice and friendly staff, Farid on the pool bar was doing great drinks, kids were much appreciated in the hotel. Farid was very nice. Appreciated much the food in the restaurants. Dubai city center is 30-40 min drive away and a shuttle is available in hotel. We enjoyed much the stay and will definitive come again :) Thanks to the whole team for providing this good service and feeling welcomed and at home :) 🫶🏻 Christine

It was the best holiday I have in this hotel really all is good thanks to every one who helped us the view is wonderful my room it was jouner suite so clean and wonderfull I recommend this hotel to all my friends they should to try this hotel thanks guys 👍

Были в отеле второй раз.... были разочарованы ужинами....можно сказать, что еды не было совсем, одни фрукты и салаты из травы, не вкусные .... ребенок ел один рис. Мясо!!! это либо кусок сухой кровяной говядины, что даже взрослому не хочется есть, пусть хотя бы была курица каждый день, почему рыба 1 вид постоянно??? неужели дорадо и сибас так дороги ??? ТО ЕСТЬ НАМ НЕ ХВАТАЛО МЯСА!!! В первый раз когда мы отдыхали, нам очень нравилось питание. НО в этот раз мы оставались голодные. Мороженое покупали в этом году , ложили один маленький шарик. В прошлом году если покупали 2 мороженки, накладывали много, еще и 3 в подарок давали

The hotel cannot be faulted on location, comfort & services. Beach, water and pool, are very safe, and a nice environment to spend a holiday. However arriving at the hotel early (9am) after flying overnight from London, and waiting until 3pm, is not helpful especially with a youngster. Also the all-inclusive package should be re-labelled as 'mostly inclusive', as children love ice-cream, and this wasn't included, which made for an expensive overhead.
