Beautiful lobby with great views of Bosphorous. Our corner garden room was wonderful, big size, with huge glass views! A versatile and generous breakfeast. The SPA area (pool, gym) however needs improvement and refurbishment, it doesn't look new.

My stay was perfect from start to finish. The view from the hotel's location, the helpfulness of the staff, everything was excellent. I want to thank the lady at the reception, who is especially captivated by her beauty. He admired her for her ethnic beauty and her friendliness. We had an amazing time and the staff was great, especially the receptionist Saliha! She excelled in assisting us with everything we needed she was super welcoming and very friendly. Chatting with her while she helps us with accommodations made everything less stressful.

The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room size is good for the rate and the view of the bosphorus is astonishing. Can see why Istanbul (Constantinople) is the most beautiful city in the world from this location. The facilities are amazing. As a gym lover the hotel gym is as good as it gets. The steam, sauna, heated pool, jacuzzi and hamam are a plus. I would definitely recommend staying at the Swisotel.
