We stayed in 2 rooms which were simply beautiful. We would recommend a river view room. Staff are very attentive. The inside of the hotel is magnificent and we will definitely be staying again. The Savoy is in perfect location and a Premier League London hotel.

From check-in to check-out we had an amazing experience. All the public areas of the hotel are beautifully furnished and decorated as was our suite which lacked for nothing with no detail overlooked. And it was the attention to detail that makes the Savoy a truly great hotel. Most of all, it was the staff that made it for us. Everyone we met was charming to a fault. Special mention must be made for the housekeeping team who did their job unnoticed but to the highest standards. Their work could not be faulted. If you want to be truly pampered then the Savoy cannot be beaten. Our sincere thanks to all the Savoy team for a wonderful stay we will always remember.

I was totally spoilt by my daughter for Mothers Day with afternoon tea at The Savoy. It was outstanding, service was excellent and they took the time to explain all the sandwich fillings and bread pairings, cakes were exquisite and the lemon curd cream with the light fluffy scones was a game changer. This is a real treat.

The Savoy Hotel in London was an amazing experience for my husband and I. From the moment we arrived until departure, the experience was first class and five star. The Afternoon Tea, romantic dinner at Gordon Ramsey’s Savoy Grill and ending each day at the American Bar for elegant piano is a must. The entire staff was wonderful to include Caroline at the reception desk and Peter our private driver! A huge Thank You to Amine the concierge for making all of our “hard to secure” reservations and most notable, securing my husband and I 7th row center seats to the last show of Plaza Suite at the Savoy Theater just outside the door of the Savoy Hotel. Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick’s performance did not disappoint! Will definitely be back to the Savoy soon! Thanks again to Savoy Concierge Amine for accomplishing all our requests that made this trip so special!

We went for afternoon tea, the tea was just lovely, food was just delicious. Our waiter was funny but very professional. The only thing I will say is VAT was added to the bill and not in the price. Service charge was also added to the bill. Which we was not expecting.
