Usually we are Fairmont fans but this Fairmont let’s the brand down. Staff were not as friendly and helpful as at The Chateau, The Empress and the Fairmont Waterfront hotel where we had great experiences. Bathrooms tiny, old and dated. You could have knocked a nail in with the French bread at breakfast as it was so hardly…clearly not fresh. Billing at checkout incorrect, not in our favour, obviously. Dogs at concierge are cute and give a friendly feel to the place. It’s a great location but we won’t be staying again.

My spouse, young child, and I had a very enjoyable weekend at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. The quality of the room, hotel amenities, food/room service, and hotel location were all excellent.

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay, The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the customer service is second to none! I would Highly recommend the Fairmont in Vancouver to anyone visiting. All the staff is kind, friendly, helpful and go out of their way for you. Happy environment all the time. I will definitely be back.

Always a great stay! We love this hotel for our local date night staycations! The location is perfect for shopping and dining in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Location can’t be beat! And service as always impeccable! We love the hotel bar as well. Great for a night cap.

Wonderful stay for our family of 4. We had a spacious room and it was clean and quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and my kids loved the little scavenger hunt. We had requested a crib when booking, and I called a few days ahead to ensure it was noted on our booking but it wasn’t in our room upon arrival (which also was several hours passed our 1 year olds bedtime). It took a bit of chasing to get it but we finally got it about an hour after we arrived. I wish it was in our room upon arrival. Otherwise our stay exceeded our expectations and we will be staying again in the future.
