We had an excellent stay and could not complain about any of the amenities inside the actual hotel room. Every design choice you could tell was thoughtfully curated and timeless. It was simply lux. However, this feeling was severely diminished by the noise of the ongoing construction outside of our window. The sound from the drilling equipment was unbearable at times. The view of the lake from our room was lovely but was not as enjoyable as it could have been, especially given the storied history of the Chateau and Lake Louise.

The whole experience from arrival to check out was fantastic. The whole hotel was spotless . There were building work in progress, but this didnt effect is in any way. The service was exemplary, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent . I will be back in the summer next time !

A fantastic trip to the mountains. Amazing experience as always at Fairmont Château Lake Louise. The location, views, and service are second to none. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and welcomed. Breakfast at Louiza's was incredible countless choices, outstanding!

The hotel was absolutely magnificent! The decor was elegant, the rooms spacious and well appointed and views were beautiful. Estefania in the Gold Lounge was super nice and helpful. In fact, the entire staff was great.

We love staying at the Fairmont. We are always given top notch service and treated like VIP’s. We also bring our dog with us and he was treated like a VIP too. The amenities are great and the food is always delicious. We enjoy the history of the Fairmont Hotels and all the famous and historic people that have stayed there. The luxury and the beauty of the building itself.
