A relaxing stay with excellent staff

The hotel was conveniently located near to M6. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but a special mention to Sara at Reception, and Kate and Megan from the Lounge Bar, who were excellent. We had a suite, which was very roomy and comfortable. The hotel had a nice relaxed feel for our family get-together, and we will certainly be back again.

Super as usual - polite and helpful front desk. Kate at the bar super, wit and repartee a welcome relief after a long trip. Night staff great. Room clean and comfortable, bed great. Check out quick and cheerful and all for a fair price. If only the could fix the M6 would be perfect.

Flew into Manchester from Amsterdam for a mates 80th surprise birthday party. The check in experience was easy and efficient. My room was clean and comfortable, after settling in I headed for the hotel bar. Greeted warmly at the bar by Kate who made me feel at home right away after a long and arduous travel day.

We traveled with a large group of kids for a soccer trip, and the staff at the bar/restaurant was very patient despite the large number of kids asking for ice cream! Kate, Meg and Sophie were all very helpful and polite, and we appreciated their kindness!
