The hotel scored very highly on location – not just because it’s on the city’s principal square but because that made it very close to most of our favourite restaurants, the Victor Hugo market and the theatre (our three reasons for visiting). And it was worth the small supplement to have a room with a view of the square. The underground public car park (50% discount) was also very close by. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The rooms a touch spartan and the bathrooms pretty small, but fine. It would have been nice to have tea-making equipment in the room, but there was at least a complimentary facility in reception. Our Accor membership offered us 2 welcome glasses of wine (often only one glass at many hotels in the group) and the breakfast was above average, if a bit cramped. All in all a good value “solution” without being a destination in itself.

This was a nice hotel in the middle of the historic district. Walk out to the huge Place du Capitole from the entrance. Walking distance to so many historical sites. The room we had was not huge but it was very comfortable. Staff were nice. Complimentary breakfast.

Good value hotel which is what we've come to expect from Ibis Styles. Hotel is in a great location close to the metro station. All the staff very friendly and room clean and comfortable. Breakfast included which was very good. Would highly recommend and will use this hotel again.

The hotel is right in the main square. Capitole, which means an 'interesting' drive through some 'pedestrian priority' areas to the underground public parking. We had a good welcome from the woman on reception ( I'm sorry another name forgotten) and our room overlooked the square, it was clean, warm and comfortable in the usual Ibis Styles manner - no frills but everything we needed. A very good (included) breakfast, a walk round the town and away. Being a guest at the hotel brings a 50% discount on the parking charge. Yes, we would choose to stay here again.

I have to say this is the best Ibis hotel I have stayed in. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless, bed comfy and a lovely large rainfall shower. Whilst it is in the centre right on the square and a few steps away from the Christmas market our room was quiet, and I am a light sleeper! Acid test, would I return, absolutely.
