Nice hotel. Business friendly. Good breakfast and space to take calls and do your stuff. Nothing that much to write home about tbh. It’s a nice hotel in a factory town in the middle of nowhere smh, shrug emoji. A two hundred character min is crazy.

My wife was on business trip to Weifang last month. Her company decided to put her in an international hotel in the city and had chosen Pullman Weifang. However, the hotel is located in a district within Weifang that the authority requires all guests come from areas that are classified as high and moderate risks to be quarantined for a least 7 days if they so decided to stay in any of the hotels in the same district as Pullman Weifang. Unfortunately, the hotel is aware that my wife is from Pudong (during reservation) which is classified as moderate risk COVID-19 area but decided not to inform my wife of the requirements of the district. The hotel is more concerned of losing businesses instead of caring for its guests regardless whether they will be quarantined or otherwise. Luckily, she was informed by one of the district officials while she was having a PTR test at a local hospital. She decided to stay in another hotel that was not in the same district as Pullman Weifang. To avoid been quarantined, avoid staying in the hotel unless you are sure that you come from a low risk area.

I decided to stay in the Pullman for the new year as I am a Platinum member of Accor and have been unable due to covid to travel as usual. The breakfast on both mornings was cold and though staff were in abundance, nobody made themselves available to cook hot food. The breakfast room was also not warm and guests noticeably kept their coats on. In the evening of new years eve I visited the bar as the restaurant closed at 20:00. Food was available and bottled beer but the bar was closed at 23:00, no music, no entertainment, no ability to witness the new year - I went to bed. 2 nights of a drone from the heating system did not help. I will not visit again.

This hotel is very bad managed! Starting from sales and ending at front desk! I asked 4 questions the sales and after checking several times with sales and also with the front desk for some update - nobody took care. Does this hotel really think this is 5 star service??? The management should consider some training or even also get trained from bigger hotel/cities which are more professional.

Poor service awareness, very rude to guests, it is strongly not recommended to stay in the hotel I live in the executive suite, when enjoying the executive lounge, was refused to eat here, so that the guests lose face. This kind of encounter has never happened in Marriott Hotel. So I don't think the hotel is suitable for living, especially for business trip
