My stay at ibis Melaka from March 1st to March 3rd was absolutely fantastic! While the room wasn't huge, what really stole my heart was the incredible service from the staff. On my first day, I asked about green tea, but sadly they were out of stock. However, the next morning during breakfast, a lovely lady named Ain from the restaurant came up to me with a big smile and said, "Hey there! We've got green tea now. Want me to bring you a cup?" Her thoughtfulness totally made my day! One of the best things about the hotel is its location. It's just a quick 5-minute stroll from cool spots like the red house area and Jonker Street. Being able to explore Melaka without worrying about parking was a huge relief. Huge thanks to ibis Melaka for an amazing experience! I can't wait to come back for another visit.

Very clean hotel. Good to see the housekeeping team doing regular cleaning at the restaurant, public areas and facilities. This is surely good for public health. The hotel maintenance is good especially on the rooms, swimming, air ventilation and air conditioning. The dining experience is good with great food and excellent service. Room & food prices are value for money. Breakfast buffet varieties are decent for an ibis standard. Good WiFi. Location is very good and spacious parking. The hotel team is friendly and well trained.

Exceptional! Cozy and modern hotel. Great hospitality! Rooms are comfortable and bathroom are clean. The restaurant dining experience is good with caring staff. Great food great taste fair prices. Overall cleanliness and hotel maintenance are beyond expectations. Wellness and leisure is satisfactory. Great gym and clean swimming pool. Great wifi, good location with spacious parking.

Nice place for event. The banquet service and sales are very helpful on the arrangement. The hall is modern and clean with new equipment. Great ventilation and air conditioning. Great lunch buffet with excellent service. Love the spacious parking and very convenient for our participants. Great WiFi and facilities like prayer rooms, meeting rooms, handicap toilets and parking for handicaps are clean and very well maintained. Overall, the hospitality of the hotel staff is satisfactory. Recommended to family vacations and events.

Lovely stay with great hospitality from check in to our departure. Cozy and modern hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great wifi. Helpful room attendant in making up our rooms and added the quality amenities upon request. The restaurant serve great breakfast buffet and decent in prices. Restaurant is very hygienic and clean with good ambiance. Excellent service with memorable dining experience. Good maintenance on their wellness and leisure especially on their facilities like gym, swimming pool and bar.
