Went today as was having problems with last minute flight for tomorrow was served by Louisa & Caleb who were possibly the nicest people we have dealt with in our 7month of living here they deserve a pay rise and can’t thank them enough love them

I’ve always loved staying here and last week’s visit didn’t disappoint. From check in to checking out the team here are fantastic. The room was very spacious with beautiful views and the bed is super comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast which was very good quality with lots of options including the bespoke omelette station cooked while you watch, so delicious. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Cairns, this hotel is the best!

Very nicely appointed hotel, the new refurbished rooms are large and very vibrant and a great stay. Facilities including the bar were also nice, and the lobby is amazing. Truly feel like you’ve stepped on holiday upon entry. Was here for a conference and conference facilities for the job well and staff were all too friendly. Great location and in walking distance to everything you would need in Cairns.

We stayed at the Pullman Cairns International for 5 nights in February. The hotel is very nicely appointed and the room was newly renovated and super clean. We decided to have a drink at the bar and a bite to eat. That’s where we met Ben the bartender. We must say his knowledge of wines is excellent and his service is exceptional. The next night the drinks arrived without even asking. Ben is an asset to the bar as well as the restaurant. We also have to mention Thelma, beautiful friendly person and the service just the best. We ate at the restaurant every night just because of Ben and Thelma. Hope to meet them again on our next visit.
