We had a two night stay here, as a surprise for my wife’s 40th birthday. We had an amazing time. The hotel is situated next door to the metro,(approximately 10 mins to the major attractions) and has ample bars and restaurants in the local area. The room was beautiful, excellent views across Paris and all that you could need. The staff were very friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t use any of the restaurants, but did have breakfast which is well catered for. (Just go early or late to avoid the loud obnoxious Americans on coach trips) communication with the hotel was brilliant as I ordered items for the room for when we arrived. I cannot thank you enough for making my wife’s birthday so special. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again

Our stay at the Pullman Montparnasse could not have been more spectacular and made our stay in Paris just that more special. The ALL team and concierge were so welcoming and helpful - a special shoutout to Charlotte, Bianca(Erica) & Alfredo - their assistance and local insights were invaluable & we were definitely made to feel welcome in an unfamiliar place. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider this our #1 place to stay on a return trip to Paris

We visited Paris (28th - 31st March), and stayed at Pullman Montparnasse again like last many years. This time it disappointed me quite a lot, started with an accident that there was a broken coffee glass in my room (no.2003), the top edge of the cup was cracked, and so sharp, cut my finger. I could imagine how come hotel cleaning staff didn’t remove this defect glass before new customer moved in! Reported to reception but no follow-up action was taken by hotel personnel at all! This ruined my first day in Paris!

I have just returned from this hotel and it is a gorgeous hotel, which is very clean and in a great location for local bars/restaurants and a metro station. We booked this hotel mainly for the views of the Eiffel Tower on the roof top bar, however before booking i didn't see anywhere that mentioned you can only go to the roof top bar if you spend minimum 50 euros per person, which i found very disappointing, as much as we would have had one or two drinks, we would have no way spent 100 euros.. We were also not made aware that we would have to give a 300 euro deposit and if we spent money in the hotel, it would be deducted from that. I havent ever come across this from a hotel before, so i did find it a bit bizarre. However, i am really pleased we stayed here as it is a lovely hotel, i just found certain things frustrating when they weren't mentioned on the booking websites.. :)
