The hotel is a big no due to following reasons: 1) Non friendly staff 2) Very small rooms with lack of maintenance 3) No IRD facilities 4) No restaurant facility post lunch hours 5) Non helpful staff I stayed here for one night and I was shocked to see the level of service. As I come from a hospitality background I understand the kind of service they should offer but this was simply below the standards Apart from the above points, I asked them to help me with a knife so that I could cut some fruits, they denied saying they do it have it I asked for a bottle opener, it was also denied The staff members are very casual in their approach

Stayed at IBIS Novena Singapore for 4 nights and had a good comfortable stay. The Hotel is located in one of posh residential area and the nearest Metro station is 10 mins walk. Hotel is centrally located with all the major attractions in the radius of 15-20 mins drive. One thing which the hotel needs to work is on the Breakfast spread. Same stuff for 4 days and very limited veg options (issue in Singapore)

I stayed again at ibis 5 February 2024 (the 2nd time) to undergo an examination at Royal Healthcare. There are several things that need hotel management attention. This time I got a room on the 8th floor, which was in the hallway and quite far from the elevator and it turned out to be not very quiet considering that other guests were always coming in and out at night and early in the morning. I forgot this is a budget hotel so the upper floor dont mean its quiet. The main problem is that the mattress I got has springs that made a sound every time i moves and the mattress tilts to the left. time to replace it because it's not comfortable to sleep on, after all this is a 3 star hotel right? apart from the mattress problem, the room I got was quite clean. it would be better if the hotel provided basic toilettries and hand towels. One more thing that is quite unusual is the water dispenser in the hallway which in my opinion is not very hygienic in the way how other people take water. Overall this hotel is family friendly, very strategic from where I was treated, near Zhongshan Mall and the breakfast was quite good. Front desk could be friendlier with greetings and warm faces, but maybe they are tired :) For room rates it would be more pleasant if the hotel gave additional discounts apart from member discounts for regular guests who will stay there every month for doctor's check-ups like me. Can't wait to atay again in early March esspecially to see whether the hotwl management pay attention to what guess comment and willing to improve.

Good hotel providing decent rooms and good variety in breakfast. (Continental, Asian, Indian) Water dispenser on every floor. Umbrella available on request. Helpful staff. Near zhongshan mall ,bus stop a min away. Close to Toa Payoh MRT station, Balestier road bus stop.

Value for Money Stay for the Budget Traveller.

Accor Live Limitless Diamond Member. Repeat guest. Many thanks to Damien for accommodating each of my requests from early check in to late checkout. Together with Mercure Bugis Singapore, this property is a gem in terms of value, and amazing attention to detail and proactive service rendered. Many thanks to Esh and Yanwei for remembering me from my last visit. Special mention to Yenwei for proactively sending me a chilled mug for my Welcome Drink(beer), when I was offered a paper cup initially. Esh remembered me since the last stay and that’s heartening to know. Thanks Damien for arranging for a King Configuration despite my booking being a Twin Bed, and for graciously allowing a 10.30am check-in and a 6pm checkout. Thanks to GM Daniel Lai for graciously taking time off his schedule to catch up over coffee. Loving the feel of being back home here. Will definitely stay again on Accor Plus Red Hot Room rates.
