We always stay Novotel Platinum, reason it is very kids friendly and very well located to all nearby shopping, we had taken all inclusive room with lounge entry, morning breakfast at square is simply amazing, and evening at lounge super excellent , specially this time staff at Lounge was very good, Ms. MI & Ms. Peachie, they took very good care of us, infact out of the way they served us food for kids, which wasn't part of evening lounge, highly obliged for such nice service, thanks once again to Ms. MI & Ms. Peachie

Have just spent 4 wonderful nights at the Novotel. Without a doubt it has the best location in all Bangkok for shopping as you are surrounded in every direction with malls as well as tiny stalls selling everything you could want. Our room has been extremely comfortable. It has always been very clean and well presented every day. Breakfast has been superb... an amazing array of food from all corners of the world, beautifully cooked and creatively displayed. We have been lucky to enjoy the benefits of the Executive Lounge at the hotel. Each afternoon we have enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea on a tiered stand accompanied by piping hot tea. In the evening the drinks and canapés have been fantastic... the chef needs to be congratulated on the excellent food offered to guests. I must say however that we have been highly impressed with the staff in the lounge , particularly a trainee...PEACHIE.... who has gone out of her way to look after us. Peachie always has a lovely welcoming smile and provides attentive service at all times. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she has certainly helped to make our stay truly memorable. Novotel should be extremely proud to have her as an employee.

Mi and Peachie gave us a very good experience. The hotel is clean and very efficient to stay at. Hotel location is also good across all known malls. It is near the Platinum Mall where all the affordable items sich as clothes, bags and shoes. It is near Centalworld where all the luxury brand is available.

Everything is great, the main office is very nice With us. We got the room very quickly. The room is clean. Bed is ok. The breakfast is good and there are many choices and the price is ok. So we could just recommand this hotel and platinum is very close, central shopping mall too.
