Very very very poor!!! customer service from the hotel entrance till the reception, they are dealing with their clients like stranger's visting their own house!!! especially from the front office manager lady!!! instead of listening and anticipating to her customer's complaints and recovering their issues in a better manner!!! she only plays victims games!!! very upset being visiting this kind of hotel in dubai with horrible hospitality and unprofessional treatments! wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

Services of the hotel was reasonably good. The hotel have necessary amenities as required. Restaurant services are good with lot of food options. Support staff was cordial and available most of the time. Rajan is a great chef and his services are good.
