very nice staff. noor and edith checked me in and they guided us how to take transportation and to london as well. the area was nice and the room was clean too. it was nice staying here. i’ll definitely come back here. i recommend this place if you wanna hang around as there are lot of shopping sites

I have travelled the world staying in anything and everything from luxury to budget hotels. This was awful. Positives, good location near Hounslow Central tube with shops and restaurants and a supermarket on your doorstep. WIFI worked well. Comfortable bed and that is it. Room was dirty nor was it cleaned properly each day I was there. Sink did not drain properly which caused the room to smell. One socket in the room? Seriously?! Breakfast was average for a Continental buffet but pricey (you need to pay to have this). Some staff were pleasant but others were more concerned on just having positive feedback or their names mentioned in reviews! It was almost like it was a competition amongst them. They refused to keep my baggage initially after checking out. In all my years travelling, this was the first time I was told this. When I protested, they wanted to charge me which was a joke. I protested again and they agreed to keep it with no charge. With a late night flight, was I meant to walk around London with a huge bag the whole day? When I came to collect it, there were loads of other bags they had kept so why did I have an issue? Don't bother.

The staff are super nice and friendly!!! the room is clean and tidy with accessible facilities such as microwave and coffee machine!!! and the price is reasonable as well!!! super recommended!! We've enjoyed some good nights hereeeeeeee!

Stayed here for a couple of nights with friends over the Easter weekend and it was fine for us. The hotel is right in the centre of Hounslow with all the amenities, we found a parking space and checked in within 5 minutes and they added parking on to our bill. Hounslow central (Underground/Piccadilly line) is a 5-10 minute walk away and takes around 35 minutes to get into central London Room was a bit small for 2 but we only used it to sleep and shower so it was fine, although pillow was a bit flat and not the most comfortable, the bed itself was fine, the room was clean and the shower worked which is all we needed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the free coffee in the morning was welcomed after a couple of nights out on the town :)

My dad was kicked out and made homeless. After sleeping rough for a few nights he tried booking a room to get himself clean and have a safe place for a few nights and was refused access! This is disgusting behaviour, due to this he had no choice but to sleep in a park again as he has no local family and is severely disabled! Wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone. Quite obviously have no compassionate staff that care about peoples well being!
