Myself, my daughters and two grandchildren aged 6 and 7 yrs have spent an absolutely wonderful holiday at Sofitel Fiji. The moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by the Facility Manager and reception staff. All the staff throughout the hotel are marvellous, kind, friendly and attentive. We had the Prestige Suite and Family Suite. The rooms we had were clean and spacious. The cleaning staff and laundry staff were exceptional. Cleaning was done daily, bar fridge restocked also daily and laundry was attended when necessary. The children loved Nui Kids Club and the wonderful staff that kept them engaged in fun activities. The adults only area was brilliant. A tranquil setting with a beautiful pool, a pool bar, menus and cocktail hour. We were spoiled for choice in regard to restaurants and they all provided delicious, diverse meals. We all enjoyed the pool area and slide. What a great holiday. Thankyou everyone we will be back.

A wonderful holiday had at the Sofitel Denarau Island. Kids were kept entertained in the kids club each day whilst the adults went to Waitaui pool and bar. The whole team at Nui Kids Club have been fantastic with the kids- a big thanks to Rafa, Kitty, Millie, Ulai, Zac and many others who have made this holiday so special for my 2 boys. The room was kept beautiful by the housekeepers and laundress, Vilimarina did a wonderful job turning around our laundry on the same day each time. The pools were fabulous and always somewhere available to lounge by the water with a cocktail in hand. Will definitely be back!

We visited Nadi in Fiji. We stayed at the Sofitel resort. I have been to many resorts over the world but where the Sofitel resort and Fiji as a whole stands out is the people. They are genuinely warm and welcoming. Everyone at the resort made us feel special but I need to really mention Mary and Annie whose various exercise classes during our 7 day stay stood out. Mary came in on her day off to do a yoga class at 8am with us! Also a special mention to Rafa and Aunty Karen.

Lovely resort on Denarau Island with good restaurants offering plenty of choice and friendly staff.We chose to upgrade to the adults only Waitui Club as it was school holidays and also they offered a beautiful beach restaurant where we ate breakfast every day and also a pool area with swim up bar and great cocktails.
