My stay here was absolutely amazing. The staff are great but I want to say a special thank you to Dedi. Dedi was the most gracious man we have ever met. He helped organise tours and was always available to answer our questions. Dedi you are an asset to the Mercure Sanur. The location was great with walking distance to the beach. Amazing place and we are already planning our next holiday. Thank you

Very neat and tidy with comfortable beds and a feeling of space. Two lovely pool areas with great access to the beach and the boardwalk. Great value for money option, especially for Accor Plus members. Staff were very welcoming. A great Club Sandwich by the pool. Happy to return.

Very nice resort style hotel at the beach in Sanur. Lodge or bungalow style, not flashy but relaxed, very friendly staff and great services all around. Good rooms with balcony or terrace, biggest breakfast I ever saw, and all that at very reasonable prices. Will certainly return

We stayed for 9 nights Food and restaurant was good, however some improvements could be made ie checking meals were ok or if you wanted another drink. Laundry was late and not done on time. Towels were collected but not replaced 1 day, meaning we had to ask for same new towels. Generally staff were friendly. We found Yogi (front house manager) very good with sorted out issues and was appreciated of feedback we gave.

The impression of the building is old, like faded glory. Its very bad maintained. The furniture is worn out, and alot of stuff in the rooms is broken. Its most dirty and smelly. In the bathrooms the water raises all the time because of clogged drains. And there are alot of small ants in the shower, and washing sink. Often the swimming pool is occupied because its hired to a company from outside to teach swimming classes. So aa a hotel guest most of the time you are not able to swim. Breakfast is oke if you stay for a few days, but longer than a week its boring, because they offer exactly the same food every day. The theme dinners are horrible; they have the worst cook you can imagine. The friendly smiles from the staff are fake. They don’t care at all. The way they send cats and dogs away is horrible. I was shocked witnessing their behaviour. They are animal torturers! Its a long distance from the reception to the beach. If you have difficulties walking you better not take this hotel. Also…the reception is only reachable by high stairs or a steep slope. The only pretty thing is the garden: its well maintained by the gardeners. But as you don’t sleep or rest in the garden not adding much to your stay. So all of this means the price of the rooms is way too expensive, its no value for your money. In short this hotel is a nightmare, ripe for demolution, and should be build up again.
