I stayed here with colleagues for a 2 day meeting and immediately booked again for next year. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the buffet meals were delicious and the conference room was well equipped for our needs. Chocolate milk and muffins at break time were a welcome touch! It’s also a 5 minute walk from New Street Station. Thank you to Ashraf and Catia for planning the event and also all the reception and waiting staff for their hard work.

Absolutely disgraceful! Arrived to check in and we were told we were too late but we were given no check in time. On arrival the receptionist was hostile and extremely rude ! She treated us like absolute scum ! I have never been treated like that ! It upset me and my partner and ruined our holiday. The receptionist needs to learn customer skills ! She’s obviously in the wrong job. A smile doesn’t hurt ! We are not criminals, We are paying customers. I highly do not recommend this hotel !! The room is also extremely small and not clean ! Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid ! Do not come here !!!!

Horrible hotel! The rooms are like being inside a club. The noise vibrates the rooms and the base is unbelievable. This goes on until 4 or 5 am. Litterally no sleep! We booked through bookings.com where there is no mention of the noise or how the location will mean zero sleep!
