Had a lovely stay at the resort. Food at Moku's Bar & Grill was amazing with many healthy options which isn't always easy to find. Pool area including the swim up bar (for delicious cocktails) was so relaxing. Went with friends but they seemed to have a great program for kids. 100% recommend

All the staff are fantastic from reception to maintenance, but a special shout out to Deborah and the VIK team. Deborah and staff are amazing with the kids. Every day is different and there's something for all ages, from beach sand castle making, garden games, aqua aerobics, reptiles that come to the hotel where you can hold a baby crocodile and have a chat with Captain the Macaw. When the skies open up table tennis competitions and family trivia nights which was a hit with the whole family. The food and drink is always reliably great and serviced by a beautiful team of staff. Keep up the great work and we will be back again soon!

WE stayed at the novotel for a week. check in was easy. the room was big enough, and the bed was SOO comfy. its located walking distance from everything in the City and we only needed a car the day we visited family in the northern beaches. service is friendly. room 609 has a water view. the balcony is small enough it is not practical to use it as a balcony.

Fantastic pool and buffet breakfast, worth adding the Buffett on to your room stay! Great location with east access to esplanade and walking distance to marina. The VIK kids activities on weekends were fun for our eldest to join in with as well, Deborah did an excellent job entertaining the kids!

Wonderful stay but soured on check out when firstly it was queried that I had paid for breakfast for two despite me showing my itemised payment. Finally that over I was given my receipt and then waited expecting a ‘we hope you enjoyed your stay’. Nothing. I said ‘is that all?’ And was told ‘yes’ so I left. Sad. My morning swim at 7am was the highlight for me as I was the only one in the pool and it was bliss. Delicious breakfast with everything you could think of on offer. Excellent.
