Bonsoir, Troisième fois que l on se rend dans votre magnifique hôtel. Que dire TOP. Tout le personnel est attentif, gentil, aux petits soins. Notre fille a adoré de nouveau aller faire le plein d' activités au mini club Et surtout avec Ulker, Hanif, Firat, et j en oublie quelques uns....merci à vous. La petite a encore une fois adoré passer des moments avec vous. Très très chouette équipe et adorable avec elle. Merci à vous et bonne continuation. Baron T.

Kingdom hotel e gelipte , memnun ayrılamayan müşterilere kesinlikle şimarıklıktan başka birşey değil diyorum .Çalışanlar müşteriyi memnun etmek için ellerinden gelen herşeyi yapıyorlar .Kıdemlisinden , kıdemsizine kadar hepsi birbirinden harıkalar .Çocuk kulübünde çalışanlar harika .! The land of lefends Night show bir başka muhteşemdi , gördüğüm en güzel showlardan biriydi! Bu yaz ikinci defa tercih mükemmel otel.Her detayı ile fiyatının hakkını veriyor. Özellikle çocuklu ailelerin keyifle tatil gerçekleştireceği bir tesis. Aqua park tarafındaki etkinlikleri kaçırmamak adına hatırlatıcı kurmak faydalı olacaktır;)

Для того, чтобы стало заметно ставлю 3 звезды, за действия сотрудников и организацию трансфера. Справедливости ради, хочу отметить, что пребывание и отдых в данном отделе прошел хорошо, за исключением двух моментов! Номер, еда, внимательность персонала, организация мероприятий вечерних проведена отлично! Вы должны понимать, что в данном отеле нет пляжа, но отель организует трансфер с 13-16:30 в другой отель сети Rixos, с пляжем. Отель этот отличный, с великолепным шведским столом и различными зонами для отдыха. Но, записываться на поездку нужно заранее и, пока вы ждёте автобус, может оказаться, что персонал обсчитался, и недозаказали еще один, и ты ждешь 20 минут пока его вызовут!!! Приехав на место, вы идете на обед, и лишь в 14:30 освобождаетесь и идете искать свободные лежаки. Когда вы их наши и разместились, время подходит к 15:00 и вам остается 1-1.2 часа на отдых! Вы не имеете право задержаться, вас выискивают и провожают к автобусам. В целом, выкрутились хорошо, но времени реально мало на то, чтобы побывать на море! Поэтому мой вам совет - если вы хотите в этом отеле остановится , не останавливайтесь на весь период вашего отдыха, разделите его на 2 отеля, второй естественно с морем!:) на аттракционах 2-3 дня вам хватит вполне! Изюминка на торте! Надеюсь сотрудники увидят отзыв Не буду описывать причины, почему не заказал заранее трансфер, переезжая в другой отель, но вот я стою на ресепшн и прошу заказать такси до нужного мне отеля. Посмотрел заране , время в пути было около 20 минут. Машина приехала во время, но какого было удивление, когда приехал полу развалившийся делимый кусок железа. Время терять не хотели, решили ехать. Зная , что такси желтые а Турции ездят по счетчику вопросов не было. По прибытию водитель сказал, что поездка стоит 50 долларов, когда я начал ему возражать и показывать закрытую на зеркале цифру в 300 лир, он начал мне объяснять, что это просто цифры, он по другим тарифам эм ездит. Не буду утомлять вас процессом спора, главное в этом это то, что сотрудники отеля вызывают жуликов на развалюхах, которые видимо им откатывают процентик! Вот вам и RIXOS!!!!! В целом, повторюсь, ехать в данный отель с ребятишками стоит, вам понравится!
