Poor service, dirty dining

No parking, as wedding and event. No soap in bathrooms. Bar area filthy wasn't cleaned after lunch service. Bar service was very slow. At dinner, plates were removed when we were still eating. very loud band planing outside our room (that weren't told about) playing until 11pm and were unable to sleep. On checkout we found that happy hour cocktails where only one particular cocktail, which we were not informed about when ordering our drinks. Car was parked in when we left.

We had a lovely event on at The William Ingles Hotel ,Garden Pavilion venue over the weekend. What can i say ... an awesome night it was. The highlight for me was the heavenly rains that left us with a little thing called beautiful Chaos as most of the event was outdoors. However through the chaos and only less than 2 hours for people to arrive, i think we went to blan B and staff at the venue were so helpful as they smiled all the way through, we were shifting chairs and moving tables around to make it work for our guest. Their manager Adam was so attentive and supportive, he did more than what was asked of him and more all way through the night. He is a 5 star rating for me all the way. Events coordinator Grace who had popped for a few minutes was off on that day but popped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. To have seen her come by felt like the whole team really cared and we were not just another booking for them. Thank you so much to you all... Oops, forgot to mention The team Events manager 'gorgeous' Rebecca who from day one took me out to the venue and showed me its beauty, I expressed the vision i had and she was like YEP, we can make it happen and they did. Thank you Abir C

Great Hotel, Restaurant Limited

The hotel is a little bit out of the way - unless you're going to the races but that makes it nice and quiet. Open air car park with plenty of spots (may be different on a race day). It's been 2 years since our last stay here but we were welcomed back as Accor Gold members. Nice top floor room was very large, quiet and comfortable. Welcome choccies were appreciated but only one bottle of water? Air con was silent, wifi worked well, outlook from the room was pleasant and the neighbourhood is quiet. We slept well. Quality toiletries. Silent fridge (but not real cold and no freezer). Plenty of powerpoints beside bed. Everything was clean. We didn't have breakfast. The bathroom was one of those glass door things (which I don't like) but I believe they have "normal" bathrooms if you request them. I must remember to do that next time. (I wish the Accor app allowed space for booking comments.) Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and efficient. The biggest issue for us is the restaurant is boring - nice but boring. If we stayed here for a week we'd run out of dishes we want to eat after the first night and there are no alternatives nearby. They do accept Accor Plus dining benefit which is a real plus.

Usually book a staycation beginning/ end of month due to craziness of work, and need to lock myself away with no distractions, to get my work completed. William Inglis generally is the favourite now as has everything I need. Accommodation is modern, amenities - you have the restaurant, bar, cafe, rooftop pool. I would have given 5 stars but 4 stars as the cleanliness of the rooms could have more attention to detail. The 1st time stayed there was so tired didn’t bother requesting another room smelt like onions, wish I did cause I kept waking up throughout the night. The 2nd stay which was recent stay - no onion smell but the desk was sticky and not wiped down. Not a big deal, but it’s my work station for the next 2 nights, and when you 1st check into the room you want that freshness feeling and set up what you need to do to relax, and in my case get through all my work so I can relax. Positive note everything else was good, roof top pool was great. Restaurant was good too considering restaurants around the area is all fast food.

Cheguei no fim da noite e já tinha tudo pronto, recebi upgrade por ser membro Gold no Le Club Accor para um quarto enorme com vista dos estábulos e da pista de corrida. O hotel de deixa a sensação de estar dentro de uma fazenda, moderna, porém você está dentro da metrópole. Estava de passagem, a caminho de Hunter Valley, por isso preferi ficar afastado do centro de Sydney para evitar o trânsito, pois já tinha conhecido a cidade. O quarto era enorme, ótima banheira, banheiro bem espaçoso, apesar não ser um hotel novo estava muito bem cuidado. O atendimento de toda a equipe foi excelente, todos muito gentis. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, poderia ter mais variedade sem elevar os custos, afinal é um hotel de classe superior. Academia pequena mas funcional, e excelente piscina no terraço, também pequena. Estacionamento gratuito dentro da propriedade.
