Однозначные плюсы - расположение у живописного пляжа и вид на море. Красота начинается сразу от рецепшен. Большая терраса языком выходит к морю - красота. Номера неплохие. Те, что с видом на море очень тихие. Персонал услужлив. Ресторан сносный. Завтраки приличные. А вот чтобы кто-то вечером ужинал, я почти не видел. Убирают неплохо. Не понравились менеджеры на приеме. Вернее одна из них - большой начальник, которому наплевать на клиентов. Не буду вдаваться в подробности, но она нас, путешественников привыкших к проблемам, огорчила. Вода в море теплая, дно не везде песчаное, есть выходы камней. Детская игровая вообще плохая. Игрушек нет. Бассейн не успевает прогреваться за день. Прохладный для детей. Проблема со стоком воды в умывальнике. Очень плохой сток. Судя по всему везде в номерах. Сантехник много раз приходил к нам и в соседние номера. Очень неудобный умывальник. Кран стоит низко и очень близко к задней стенке мойки - струя воды в двух сантиметрах. Руки помыть очень сложно. Почему хозяева НИКОГДА не вникают в эти мелочи, которые на самом деле мелочами не являются? Четыре поставил только за природу, пляж и локацию.

Hôtel situé en bord d'une route 2X2 voies très fréquentée. Nous avions une chambre de ce côté, vue sur la route, et malgré le double vitrage, très, très difficile de dormir. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre moyennant un supplément, mais l'hôtel étant complet (?) on a dû attendre le lendemain. Une petite plage borde l'hôtel. Les chambres spacieuses et bien équipées ainsi que la salle de bain sont propres. Le petit-déjeuner que l'on peut prendre en terrasse vue mer est incroyable ! Il y a quelques petits restaurants près de l'hôtel (restaurant indien en face, le Bora-Bora un peu plus loin, une petite supérette juste à côté et un centre commercial à 15 mn de marche. Le "grab" pour Georgetown vous coûtera entre 12 et 15 ringits (3 €). La réceptionniste de l'hôtel n'est pas aimable et on peine à la comprendre. Nous recommandons cet hôtel calme à condition de prendre une chambre vue mer.

Dieses Hotel ist nicht sehr gross, was ich sehr schätze. Es liegt direkt am Strand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und es war herrlich! Alles ruhig, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Dieses Hotel bietet sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Terrasse direkt am Meer. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hotel situé en bord de mer, un peu excentré de georgetown. Le personnel est vraiment pas top. Aucune explication sur les choses à faire à georgetown, lors de l enregistrement on me parle d un deposit et on me le prend directement sur ma cb, ne me laissant pas le choix de le laisser en cash. Ce même deposit qui devait m être recredité su ma cb, n à jamais été fait. J avais une chambre au 5 ème je n ai jamais pu passer une nuit tranquille suite aux mariage et diverses réceptions organisées. Il y a un mariage, en voulant aller à la plage le lendemain celle ci étais recouverte de détritus. Moi qui suit français et qui est l habitude de la chaîne mercure, j ai vraiment étais déçu de celui ci. De plus pleins de finitions à refaire fans la chambre, j ai dormi tout les soir avec la lumière allumé dans le placard car les capteurs étais mal fixés, je ne vous conseil pas cet hôtel

No geral correu muito bem, com staff muito atencioso e mt simpático. So tenho comentários que nao estou muito acostumado no grupo Accor, que é o facto do checkin/checkout podia ser mais rapido e o facto de o quarto nao estar devidamente limpo, nomeadamente chao e armarios. De resto muito bom.
