We have stayed at many places both here and abroad and Parklands compares favourably with all of them. A great place to use as a base to explore Mudgee and surrounding areas.

I must say that the Parklands Resort have the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff of all the places we have stayed at. From the moment we arrived they all made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable with super comfy, the bathroom is great. The on-site restaurant has a nice buffet breakfast and the dinner service is excellent, situated just out of the Mudgee township it is a great location to base your getaway from. Highly recommended.

No lift to upper floor. A very large room however needs an upgrade as there are no shelves or draws to unpack and so many items had to be on the floor. Modern bathroom but the basin had a big crack in it. Too too much in mini bar. Receptionist on check in had no knowledge of local area when we asked for winery/ restaurant information. Path to room needs many repairs. Restaurant menu limited and closed Sunday. Breakfast good. Alex was very helpful. Bar ok but not open much on Sunday. Not up to Accor standards we have experienced in the past. Ps Accor tell us we can have an upgrade if it’s available but once again no availability was the answer.

Great service from Parklands Resort for our Rotary District Conference. The venue was perfect for the crowd, the facility is of good location. The staff are all very friendly and went out of their way to facilitate our District conference.

Hotel has beautiful grounds, bathroom was good except shower head way too high, gym equipment was broken , breakfast was average for a large hotel like this and disappointing not to learn restaurant and bar was closed on Sundays was not informed when we booked in and as we were on a wine tour all day driving wasn't a option , would have been good to have room service at least as there was still many people at this hotel on a Sunday night .
