A experiência já iniciou ruim na recepção, gerente muito rude, pouco educado. Recepcionista extremamente mal humorada chamada Carolina, e assim iniciamos o check in bem chateados. Quartos pequenos, todos os dias com aviso de treino para brigada de incêndio. Custo beneficio não compensa. Nenhuma vantagem em relação ao íbis. Achei péssimo atendimento e boas vindas eles não tem paciência para atender e acham que tem o direito de destratar os clientes. Sem padrão Mercure de outros países. Gerente não tem sensibilidade nenhuma e respeito. A recepcionista faz as boas vindas por obrigação.

Achei o quarto absurdamente pequeno para um duplo. Não tinha espaço para as malas, e pedimos up grade pagando e não teve jeito. Recepção no check in foi péssima. Rapaz mal humorado e grosso. Pensei até em mudar de hotel, mas não tinha reembolso. Tinha acabado de me hospedar no hilton na Alemanha e a diferença foi brutal, e o pior, preço menor.

Estadia maravilhosa, quarto arrumado diariamente , ficamos no terceiro andar de frente para avenida movimentada , porém o barulho era mínimo , com noites muito bem dormidas ! Café da manhã bom com omelete e chocolate quente no quarto , com sachê de café e chocolate e ebulidor que usávamos nas noites após os dias de passeio !

Como praticamente todo hotel de rede, o atendimento é cortes porem muito impessoal. Experiencia negativa com aparecimento de aranha dentro de copo de agua durante a noite (provavelmente caiu da televisão), o que foi muito desagradável. Quarto pequeno e com muitos moveis, dificultando guarda e acesso a bagagem.
