A qualidade do atendimento foi boa e foi rápido check in e check out, o time atendeu nossas solicitações e foram educados mas o hotel cheira cigarro, forte cheiro de cigarro logo ao entrar, a qualidade da limpeza não é boa e com um único produto vc toma banho e lava o cabelo? Não gostei e com certeza não recomendaria e não voltarei! Desculpem, mas tentei ser mais sincera em minha opinião!

O hotel fede terrivelmente a cigarro e mofo. Eu passei mal as duas noites e quase não dormi. Já passou da hora de se livrar daquele carpete velho fedido e manchado.

O único ponto negativo da estadia foi que paguei pelo café da manhã por dois dias, e não reparei no horário de saída de meu vôo, e o segundo café da manhã não pude consumir por causa do horário, solicitei o desconto do mesmo e o hotel informou que não era re-embolsável.

A equipe de atendimento do hotel foi maravilhosa! Chegamos muito cedo (as 6:00) e nosso check in era apenas depois do almoço. O recepcionista Danel foi muito solicito em nos disponibilizar um quarto logo que chegamos! Café da manhã era ótimo! A localização também muito boa! Bem perto do shopping! Únicas observações que poderíamos fazer eram que o box do banheiro não fechava direito, então todos os dias o banheiro todo ficava muito molhado após os banhos e que 2 dias tivemos que ligar na recepção para solicitar toalhas pois haviam esquecido de deixar. O hotel também não dispõe de itens de higiene como a maioria dos hotéis costumam deixar como touca de banho, escova de dente, pasta de dente, sabonete em barra. No geral a experiência foi muito boa e recomendo!
