تعامل الاستقبال قمة في الذوق وحسن الخلق وخصوصا الأخت اسمهان والأخت نهى وخدمة سريعه من الجميع بالنسبة للمطعم الافطار كان متنوع والخدمة الشنط سريعه والنظافة الكل كان متعود ومتفهم جدا بالنسبة للغرف واسعة والاطلالة تعتبر جزئية بحكم بناء المنارات للحرم
