Très bien accueilli, chambre très propre ,petit déjeuner très bien de très bon conseils pour une creperie le soir de notre arrivés une personne très à l'écoute j'avais à mettre dans un frigo mon insuline et le bleu de la glacière à mettre au congélateur aucun problème je recommande vraiment cet hôtel

Hotel unica e exclusivamente para dormir. Cumpre, mas sem nenhum "luxo". Apenas o básico dos básicos!

En effet, le concept même des Ibis Budget est de vous offrir une chambre basique certes mais équipée et surtout au meilleure tarif disponible. Plus de '''luxe'' impacterait à la hausse nos prix et là n'est pas l'idée du concept :) Afin de séjourner dans un hôtel plus proche de vos attentes, nous vous invitons à consulter les autres hôtels du groupe Accor tels que les Ibis ou Ibis Styles qui répondront certainement mieux à vos besoins. Anti Covid not enforced at all in the first week of July

In the first week of July this hotel claimed on the internet to enforce anti Covid. I work in the health sector so selected this hotel on this basis When I arrived the signs were there for masks but noone in the hotel was wearing a mask except for the receptionist. When I complained to her on checking in she said she could not enforce it. Perhaps now it is law the DIrection might have the courage to enforce it. To make matters worse I asked if the breakfast was served in a box as advertised. the receptionist said no they only did an open self serve buffet! Amazing! They said the clients would wear masks and I said like now in the reception with noone wearing a mask. To make matters even worse.........the room was not cleaned and not sterilised as advertised. Nor was one room in two vacant. Also there were many children running around and some families had left their babies in their prams alone in the corridor to cry!!!! I complained to the receptionist.......she knocked on one door for them to be quiet but did nothing to find out who the crying babies belonged to. I decided I must check out for my safety and those of my clients the next day. ALone wearing a mask I went to the reception at 20.00 and asked for a refund on the basis that the precautions they had put in place on the internet were in fact not at all in place. She refused my refund. I left and found a good hotel in the centre of Brest where they enforced the COvid and even provided masks in the entrance and in the rooms. In summary as a regular commercial traveller to Brittany I will never stay in this hotel again. In fact on calling Ibis Budget Vannes they were equally poor on enforcing,......so I stayed in the Ibis Vannes where they were enforcing anti Covid effectively. I will no longer stay in Ibis Budget hotels for this reason,.......

Double Charged for Stay - NO RESPONSE!!!!

Basic place to stay overnight before onward journey to ferry port the following morning. I wouldn't have bothered even writing a review however I have been charged twice for my stay, presumably once at online check in and then again at reception as the automatic machine at the hotel wouldn't work. Accor Hotels customer service is nothing short of shocking.. I phoned their customer helpline and was put through to a foreign contact centre (Far East?) and was asked to provide proof of the double charge. This I have done now 4 times, twice by e-mail and twice by online complaint, with NO RESPONSE whatsoever!! I now doubt I will use any Accor group hotels ever again given their lack of customer care...

This is a Ibis budget located at a rural freeway exit. It is a typical Ibis Budget. There are few businesses at this exit, but there are major business zones 5 kilometers from this motel. I would stay here again.
